Previously held a fan meeting only attended by 32 people
BTS is a figure of a K-Pop group that is so phenomenal. Not only for lovers of the music industry, but many ordinary people also know or hear the boy band's name from Big Hit Entertainment. Many people who attend a BTS song for the first time immediately like it, and without realizing it, they have become ARMY.
However, of course, the success achieved by BTS did not just come. They tried so hard during their long and tiring career that they are now at the peak of popularity.
For those who don't know, then it's time to tell you; At the beginning of BTS 2013 debut, they were not immediately famous as they are now. In fact, one of their fan meetings was attended by only a few fans. Let's explore BTS' journey in 2013.
2013 fan meeting
BTS officially debuted in June 2013. At the beginning of their career, this one boy band was not immediately known by the public. Even so, there are some of the first fans who have idolized them. However, right on June 30, 2013, BTS held a mini fan meeting attended by ARMYs. The BTS members were present in sporty black and white costumes.
Only 32 fans came
Having just debuted, of course, the members were so enthusiastic about the fan meeting. Even though only a few people came, they seemed so excited and responded well to the fans.
Reporting from koreaboo.com, it was stated that only 32 people attended the fan meeting. Of course, this is natural because the event was held two weeks after BTS officially debuted in 2013.
However, BTS is Optimistic to be the Best Rookie Boyband 2013
Being one of the new kids in the K-Pop music industry, BTS or Bangtan Sonyeondan also has a dream that all rookie groups have. The debut of BTS was quite successful because it managed to attract the attention of K-Pop lovers. BTS is even more optimistic about getting the title as the best rookie boy band in 2013.
BTS has started to shine under the auspices of Big Hit Entertainment (now changed its name to HYBE), which is a colleague of a significant agency JYP Entertainment. Evidently, just 6 days after the debut, the group consisting of RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook has been offered a photoshoot in a magazine, namely The Star magazine.
The seven BTS members also talked about their hopes when entering the Korean music industry on the photoshoot. They admitted that they were very nervous but still excited to get the best rookie award.
"Doesn't winning the rookie award prove that you are ahead of the other groups that debuted in the same year?" they reveal the reasons why they really want to make a dream come true.
BTS, who had released the mini-album '2COOL 4SCOOL' with the leading single 'No More Dream,' didn't seem to want to just dream of becoming the best rookie boyband, but instead tried to make it happen! At that time, they also hoped to be the best rap star in Korea in the next 10 years. Best of luck, BTS! Now what we see is they now have so many fans all over the world! BTS' stage visuals at concerts are always majestic and lively!
